We are currently looking for an Sales/Customer Service superstar with the ability to manage and acquire top accounts. This team player is responsible for working closely with in house management, clients and customers via phone, e-mail and face to face interaction. Candidate must have proactive customer service skills and be able to work as a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will lead a sales team of 6-8 Account Executives selling into the Location Based Services market, nationwide. You will also manage a personal territory until your team is fully staffed.
- Lead and coach the team toward aggressively pursuing and closing New Business in the location based services arena.
- Coach the team in the creation and presentation of customer demos and proposals when necessary.
- Coach sales & negotiation skills.
- Set clearly defined monthly goals, and drive those to fruition.
- Drive and uphold the existing sales structure & programs that have been put in place.
- Reports to the Senior Vice President, Operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum (5) years of successfully coaching a direct, B2B sales force.
- Strong personal sales & closing skills and the ability to coach those in others.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process.
- Dynamic, motivating, positive and inspiring hands-on sales Leader.
- Skilled at being able to teach and coach team members toward sales success.
- Strong focus and track record of hitting goals and revenue objectives.
- Strong working knowledge of Internet and database management.
- Very driven with a strong, proactive work ethic.
- Knowledge selling into the location based services market is preferred.
- Thrives working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
- BA/BS or higher, required.

Incitecomm is looking for a candidate to fill the position of a Data Warehouse Administrator. This position will help define the business requirements (by interviewing business-line managers), design and implement both a technical architecture as well as the dimensional model for the warehouse. This candidate will become intimately familiar with the source system(s) and build a warehouse to meet the needs of managers using the existing data source(s). Other duties and/or requirements include:
- Maintain the project Functional and Technical specifications during the life cycle of the project.
- Analyze the source system(s) data structures and map them to target data warehouse schemas.
- Develop working relationships with business managers.
- Design of the Incitecomm process in an automated fashion.
- Tune and maintain the system on a day-to-day basis.
- Train end-users on use of the tools selected.
Required Skills/Proficiencies:
- Must have 3+ years experience in modeling/design/and architecture of OLAP systems.
- Must have experience with a large database system like MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 etc.
- Must have demonstrated proficiencies in SQL (based on Database language chosen above).
- Experience using an automated tool for ETL, and cube building and end-user tools.
- Provide ongoing support of the environment by developing processes and executing object. migrations, security and access privilege setup, and performance monitoring.
- Expert level SQL skills, understanding of Data Warehouse Metadata concepts, tools and repositories.
